What benefit through Ramadan

Ramadan has be gained from 21 July 2012 (Saturday) 1st Ramadan 1433 .This is the holy month of Muslim Ummah. It is the month of blessings and sacrifice. The Muslim devotees are taking Salatut-Tarabi, special prayer, following the Esa prayer and taking Sehri according to scheduled. Ramzan purify the body and soul.Fasting thus puts a cap no animal propensities and brings the body and soul together to bear on the remembrance of Allah. That is why Ramzan is not mere fasting-it better known as 'siam' or sawrn which is complete tuning of the corporal and the spiritual existence to bring oneself as close as possible to the Universal spirit. All mighty has clearly declared by the holy Qumran those are practice 'siam' during these holy month are His guests and the will get their reward directly from him.
The another benefit is human health. Fasting will be reduced bad Cholesterol (LDL) and raising good Cholesterol (HDL).Control blood sugar level, high Pressure, increased liver activities and so on. It very good habit for human health according to science.

Explanation: It is absolute that each and every man and women are different irrespective of food habit, test, size and shape, black and white, weather, mentality or mental agony,and above broad in geographically location etc. ie. No person is equal or similar as his/her own character all over the world.

2. Blood group are singular in every persons, even a twin baby carries dissimilar blood group. Not even same food habit and test. Blood group may be same but there’s element are unrelated with each other.

3. Man and women, age limit specially children, young and old, tall and short are very much dissimilar but the doctors are generally prescribe like Paracitamol for fever or painkiller all over the world irrespective of considering above those differences.

4. Different Pharmaceutical Company manufacturing medicines which consist of the same ingredient for the same type of medicine only the brand name are different. By using that medicine one diseases can may be cured but other complex city are arises due the side effect. As a result No. of patients are increasing day by day bearing various types of disease dictated and indicated.

5. Scientist are trying to invent a new medicine, new technology for new diseases. WHO and worldwide Governments are tiring to keep their people good health and expenses billons of dollars but what percentage they are successful ?

6. Till today no curable medicine can formulate like Asthma, Fistula in ano. metabolic disorder related diseases like diabetic, Gout, Arthritis, rheumatism, Cancer (Chemotherapy) High blood pressure etc. Successfulness we have in few cases it is no doubt. Not mentionable.

Because they trying to fit a one shirt for all. which is not practically possible. one can want to cure diseases, he or she can spread out anti disease medicine or powder through Helicopter or Plain like anti mosquito or insecticide poison . All the people will happy and fell comfort . No required medicine. Is it possible ? Of course not. So it is proved that Treat the Patient, not to the diseases.

On the other hand, treatment system like Allopathic treatment is completely depend on Pathology or X’ Ray based. ie: test base. If the diseases are detected by Pathological test. On the basis of that test repot medicine is prescribed by doctors. There are some disease like one sided headache (left or right), moving pain (left to right or right to left, up and down etc.) are not possible to detected by pathology. If one patient express his opinion he/she has appetite, various types of foods are available and keep it arrange on the dying table but patient don’t fell like taking food rather raises or fells vomiting at seeing food etc. These type of symptom are not possible detected by simple pathological test or even by any supper computer. Again it is proved that Treat the Patient, not to the diseases.

Foods NOT to Eat (Fatty and Purine -Rich Foods)

According to the American Medical Association, purine-containing foods to be avoided include:• Beer, other alcoholic beverages.• Anchovies, sardines in oil, fish roes, herring. • Yeast.• Organ meat (liver, kidneys, sweetbreads) • Meat extracts, consomme, gravies.Foods which are very high in purines include:• hearts • herring • mussels• yeast• smelt • sardines • sweetbreadsFoods moderately high in purines include:• anchovies• grouse• mutton• veal• bacon• liver• salmon• turkey• kidneys• partridge• trout• goose• haddock • pheasant• scallops

Other foods to avoid:

High fat foods such as cream souses, fried foods and foods containing trans fat (partically

hydrogenated vegetable oils)

Avoiding purine-rich foods is only one aspect of treatment, drink plenty of fluids/water, exercise and

maintain a healthy body weight. Diets designed for quick or extreme weight loss will work against you though -- they increase uric acid levels in the blood.

During a gout flare up AVOID ALL Extremely Acid Forming Foods:

Artificial sweeteners, Carbonated soft drinks & fizzy drinks , Cigarettes , Flour (white wheat), Goat, Lamb, Pastries & cakes from white flour, Pork, Sugar, Beer, Brown sugar, Deer, Chocolate, Coffee , Custard with white sugar, Jams, Jellies, Liquor, Pasta, Rabbit, Semolina, Table salt refined & iodized, Tea black, Turkey, Breads White / Wheat, White rice, vinegar.

Foods to Eat More Of !

According to the American Medical Association, a balanced diet for people with gout include foods:

• High in complex carbohydrates (whole grains, fruits, vegetables)

• Low in protein (15% of calories and sources should be fish (but not seafood), tofu, lean

meats, poultry)

• No more than 30% of calories from fat (10% animal fat)

Foods which may be beneficial to people with gout include:

• Dark berries and especially cherries may contain chemicals that lower uric acid and

reduce inflammation.

Tofu which is made from soybeans may be a better choice than meats.

• Certain fatty acids found in certain fish such as salmon, flax or olive oil, or nuts may

possess some anti-inflammatory benefits.

• Celery has been used over the centuries for arthritis, rheumatism, gout,

Choi's research team followed 47,150 men with no prior history of gout over a 12-year period. The

conclusion: during the 12 year period of assessment, 730 men were diagnosed with gout.

• Study participants who consumed the highest amount of meat were 40 percent more

likely to have gout than those who ate the least amount of meat.

• Study participants who ate the most seafood were 50 percent more likely to have gout.

In this specific study, though, not all purine-rich foods were associated with an increased risk of gout.
